{"id":1580,"date":"2016-06-08T11:46:27","date_gmt":"2016-06-08T03:46:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.computersolutions.cn\/blog\/?p=1580"},"modified":"2016-06-08T11:46:27","modified_gmt":"2016-06-08T03:46:27","slug":"issues-sending-to-outlook-com-hosted-addresses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.computersolutions.cn\/blog\/2016\/06\/issues-sending-to-outlook-com-hosted-addresses\/","title":{"rendered":"Issues sending to Outlook.com hosted addresses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently seeing some issues sending TLS encrypted mails to Outlook.com hosted email addresses.<br \/>\nThis appears to only be affecting some of the Outlook.com hosted server ip addresses intermittently<br \/>\n213.199.154.87 \/ mail-db34087.inbound.protection.outlook.com<br \/>\n213.199.154.23 \/ mail-am14023.inbound.protection.outlook.com<\/p>\n<p>If messages fail to be delivered, you will receive a bounce message similar to the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>TLS connect failed: timed out; connected to 213.199.154.87.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In the interim we have disabled TLS encryption to the affected addresses.<br \/>\nWe are currently unsure if this is a Microsoft issue, or a China Firewall Issue, so this may or may not resolve the issue.  <\/p>\n<p>We will update this post when we have further information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently seeing some issues sending TLS encrypted mails to Outlook.com hosted email addresses.
