{"id":1,"date":"2008-09-10T14:06:22","date_gmt":"2008-09-10T06:06:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.computersolutions.cn\/blog\/?p=1"},"modified":"2008-09-10T18:45:46","modified_gmt":"2008-09-10T10:45:46","slug":"hello-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.computersolutions.cn\/blog\/2008\/09\/hello-world\/","title":{"rendered":"Welcome"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After making a blog for <a href=\"http:\/\/jellymon.com\/blog\">Jelly Mon<\/a>, I finally decided it was high time that we had our own blog at Computer Solutions to let our clients know what we&#8217;re up to.<\/p>\n<p>So&#8230; here it is.<\/p>\n<p>First post and all that.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see, we&#8217;re revamping the main CS website to be more inline with our <a href=\"http:\/\/design.computersolutions.cn\">Design Site<\/a> color scheme.\u00a0 Once thats completed, we&#8217;ll be going through the site to update content (never a fun job, but someone has to do it!).<\/p>\n<p>Next after that is for us to put in a ticketing system, so we can free up the phone lines a little.<\/p>\n<p>The plan is to have our clients sign up at the support page, and enter trouble tickets on the support page.\u00a0 We can then allocate the appropriate staff to respond in a timely manner, and resolve whatever issues you may have.<\/p>\n<p>If you look at the top of the page, you&#8217;ll also notice a couple of links to the main sites clients need to visit &#8211; the mail page, and the newsletter admin page (for our Newsletter clients).\u00a0\u00a0 This should help those of you that are always forgetting which page to visit!<\/p>\n<p>Lastly,\u00a0 any comments are appreciated &#8211; whether they are about design, or service or whatever.<\/p>\n<p>Leave comments below.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After making a blog for Jelly Mon, I finally decided it was high time that we had our own blog at Computer Solutions to let our clients know what we&#8217;re up to.
